By ordering products from this website, you agree to be bound by these shipping Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Delivery Terms, do not use or order products from this website.

What are my Shipping Charges?

• At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s). Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
• Free Shipping is available for all product puchase from www.yimalaysia.my.

How long is the Shipping & Delivery Period?

• Once order is received , goods will be shipped out to our logistics partners within 24 hours . 
• Expected Delivery time by our Logistics Partners : In Metro areas: 1 - 4 working days / In Non-Metro areas: 3 - 10 working days

Does the courier service deliver on weekends and public holidays ?

• Our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.

Does NGSH offer international shipments ? 

• International shipment is not available at the moment.

Can I prearranged the date I want to get the delivery?

• You may coordinate with our logistics partner to schedule according to your preference.

What should I do if I am unable to receive the product at the time of delivery?

• If you are unable to receive the product at the time of delivery , pls drop us an email at equiries@ngsh.com.my or call our customer service team at +6017-5463323 . Working hours from 10.00am to 6.30 pm ( Monday - Friday ) 10.00am to 12.30pm ( Saturday) Close ( Sunday )
